Silvestre Guzmán brings over a decade of experience in higher education. Beginning his journey as the Director of the Office of Multicultural Center at the University of Maine, Silvestre demonstrated a deep commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within academia. His passion for supporting students from all backgrounds led him to transition into roles as an academic advisor and later as the Senior Associate Director of Admissions for Diversity and Access at the same institution. Throughout his career, Silvestre has dedicated himself to empowering students and families by guiding them through the admissions process and ensuring equitable access to educational opportunities for all.
